Our Founder Story:

At 19, Connor began his journey in franchising as an undergraduate at UNC Chapel Hill, making his first franchise investment by walking from his fraternity house to the bank to wire $4,900. This marked the start of his pursuit of wealth, freedom, and the life he had always envisioned through franchising.

Connor led his first franchise to early success, doubling the brand’s previous record for first-year revenue through holiday lighting. After 18 months as an owner-operator, he hired a manager and continued overseeing the business on a semi-absentee basis.

By then, Connor was captivated by franchising, recognizing it as his pathway to building wealth while maintaining lifestyle flexibility.

In 2022, Connor relocated to Indiana to purchase two units of a waste management franchise. While focusing on organic growth, he expanded his portfolio through multiple successful acquisitions, discovering the long-term value that acquisitions can add.

Franchising has enabled Connor to achieve milestones early in his career that would have been challenging through traditional employment or independent business ownership. His gratitude for franchising has fueled a passion to help others use it as a pathway to wealth, lifestyle enhancement, and the realization of their dreams.

Connor now resides in Raleigh, NC, with his two Great Danes, Marley and Scout. When he’s not working on his franchise portfolio or assisting others in building theirs, he can often be found traveling the world, reading a good book, or cheering on the Tar Heels.
